It was the 15th MTV Latin American Awards in Mexico and as 23-year-old singer Katy Perry was performing her famous I Kissed a Girl when she decided to finish it with her face in the show’s anniversary cake! She furiously leapt into the huge cake and was completely covered with pink icing. It was so sticky and of course Katy could barely move on the stage, and the next moment she epically slipped grabbing her guitarist for support but barely succeeding. It is simply beyond any words you have to see it!
